Anil Chaturvedi is a renowned international banker from India boasting of over four decades in the banking industry worldwide. His area of specialization includes corporate banking, private banking, and investment banking. He provides professional services in corporate advisory business focusing mainly on cross-border transactions mostly between India and the larger European Union.

 

 

Anil Chaturvedi graduated from Delhi University in 1973 where he emerged with a Bachelor’s degree in economics and later earned a prestigious MBA from the school of economics from the same institution. Having worked in the Banking sector in India for several years, he moved to the United States where he joined the State Bank of India in New York City. While in this institution, he was appointed as the manager in charge of overseeing planning and development. He focused his efforts on non-resident people of Indian origin who acted as his primary market.

 

Anil Chaturvedi was definitely instrumental in adding an extra boost to the economy. His efforts brought in over $500 million acquired from new businesses while still the manager in the institution. After a few years working with ANZ Grindlays Bank in New York, Anil Chaturvedi moved to Merrill Lynch where he was appointed as International managing director for the company. After 18 years of private banking in New York, Anil Chaturvedi relocated to Geneva, Switzerland where he worked as the managing director of the Hinduja Bank.
